i’m 16, male, 5’7 (yes ik i’m short..) 183 pounds and still losing weight, my goal weight being around 165 - 170. every day when i’m at school and i’m at desk, ready to do paperwork, i could physically feel my double chin when i look down at my paper. this created the habit of me using the collar of my sweatshirt/shirt to cover my chin, using my palm and resting my chin in my hand which resulted in soreness due to long periods of time, as well as some major insecurity.
should i tough it out until i’m no longer overweight? is it normal to have a double chin while looking down?
