Hello! (I'd rather not share age) But I'm a woman, quite young and on a weight loss journey! When I started out it was basically the beginning of summer and I was 210 pounds RN I'm averaging 170-172/173 when I weigh myself in the mornings (It's worth mentioning I'm on the shorter side around 5''3 or 5''4 don't know exactly) For some reason eating things like salads don't really help with the weight loss but if I manage portions on things like potatoes, yogurt, fruits, sausage, and breads/pastas I've actually started losing weight (it's worth mentioning I only eat protein pasta when I do). I've been losing more weight like this than when I was doing salads and such.
My main exercise is running, stretching, walking and things like jumping jacks/squats.
Since I reached my goal of the 170 range what methods could I do to reach 165 range? I'm also mainly focused on tummy fat right now as that's my biggest insecurity but to be fair my family has a history of obesity and I haven't been to a doctor to do blood tests yet. Any tips and advice are appreciated!!
