I knew I needed to lose weight after my blood sugar levels were high and the dr told me I needed to make a change or end up with diabetes.
I have been trying to stick to the 1200kcal a day diet and I've lost 1.5kg or 3.3lbs in one week, I'm really happy but my cravings are crazy even when I've just eaten they can be really strong and I will binge out on a lot of things, I've been told this could be caused by PCOS and as well as a sugar addiction
I would love some tips for people around cravings and escpially from people dealing with pcos as well
Is it possible to lose the weight with pcos?
I am on Metformin but it doesn't seem to help
