Am I eating the right amount of protein?

I am starting to get back to losing weight again. One thing that bugs is I’m not sure if I’m eating the right amount of protein or am I measuring correctly.

A standard meal for me is 100g of chicken breast, 1 cup of white rice, and 1 cup of veggies. That seems like a good plate to me (may want to bump down to half a cup of rice). But I always hear people say they want to eat at least 100g-200g a day. Some would eat about 60g of protein in one meal which is…not much?

This makes me question if I am eating a healthy amount of protein or am I measuring portions correctly.
