So I have been using an ai app for weight loss. It says my TDEE is about 2,700 and I thought that was my deficit? But I guess not and ive been told to only really eat about 1,500 or 1,000. My issue is that im just hungry. I really can’t meal prep or cook because im on a retail/college student schedule. Even when I do cool my mom is very neurotic/easily irritable so I run the risk of her being angry. But im just so hungry everyday and idk why. Im about 5’10 and 280 y’know? So what am I doing wrong?
