Activity Level for TDEE Calculation

I have been trying to calculate my TDEE to lower my body fat percentage. I am a bit confused with the activity level factors used for computing TDEE. For instance, I don’t understand what constitutes as moderate or heavy activity.

On average, I aim to burn at least 450 kcal through my workouts every day of the week, with a brisk walk (30 min). Other than these activities, I am quite sedentary (desk job). What would be my level of activity that I could use to compute my TDEE?

ChatGPT does say “Highly Active”, but I highly doubt that. And there are some websites that measure this based on how breathless you are after your workout/ activity. I wouldn’t say I get out of breath during most of my workouts.

For stats, I am a Male, 73.1 kgs, 175 cms.
