Hi, I’m a 5’6 male (I haven’t measured myself in years so I may be taller or shorter by like an inch) I just found this old dusty scale in storage and stepped on it to figure out I’m at 180 pounds. I tested it by looking up the weight of a intellicook pot and throwing it on the scale it does work pretty sure. Im looking for tips on Reddit now to start losing weight. I’m not looking for super short term weight loss.
•I have been hitting the gym for about 40 minutes a day after work for 3-5 days a week I just haven’t (and won’t be able to) for this week because I’m in my super busy stage of work. This was before I hit the scale.
•In terms of eating habits…I have only been eating once a day at my job usually pretty heavy meals though
•Activities: Walk heavy job (5-6 days a week) and a lazy ass at home
I’m looking to lose the belly, gain a little muscle, and avoid becoming a TLC tv star (avoiding morbid obesity)
