Hi, 19F, 157cm (5'1), 65kg (143.3lbs)
I started trying to lose weight 2 years ago with 0 success. A month ago I started out again with 30 minute walks every day, which helped me lose about 4kg (9lbs) but then I plateaued really quickly. I live alone so I often just eat what I feel like eating.
A couple days ago I decided that it was enough. I hate seeing myself in mirrors, and I hate seeing how big I am. I got a boxing sack and hung it in my apartment. I planned this workout routine:
Morning: 30 minutes workout (at least 100 sit ups, as many push-ups as possible, currently my max is 10,10,6, plank for 30 seconds 3 times)
Afternoon: 30 minute walk
Evening: 30 minute heavy bag workout
I also started doing only lunch and dinner, and cutting out carbs. Is this a sustainable goal? Will I see some improvement? I am just so tired of being overweight
