You feel like you’re legitimately starving and your stomach won’t stop hurting … but you’re overweight and really don’t need to eat anything. Do you keep fasting it out? Or do you have a specific snack? I constantly read that eating anything at all during a fasted period will ruin it completely.
I’ve been on a long journey from 375 pounds in 2021 to 265 pounds last summer. I am now back up to 300 due to falling back to terrible eating habits. I am once and for all on my way to my goal of 220 and I’m not giving up this time.
I am constantly reminded in my brain that I can do this. Just eat clean and stay under my calories. I know I can do it. I just don’t know what to do when I legit feel like I am dying of hunger when I clearly still am not close to dying lol
