Hi, it's me again. Last time I spoke on here i talked about how I was looking for help with my diet and stuff. I have taken those things you guys have said into consideration and I am starting to implement them into my daily life. I have also started lifting some weights; hopefully, I can get into things before school starts back up. In case you did not see my last post, below are my weight and height specifications.
