Pain after exercising for the first time

Hi guys, I starting my journey on 83 kg and now I'm 76.9 kgs.I didn't exercise till now just food and fasting.This week I decided to try exercising.

On day 1 I did,

8 sets dumbell curl 2.7 kg 8 reps

8 sets 4.1 kg 8 reps

Wall push up 8 sets 10 reps

Dumbell shrug 8 sets 8 reps 6.1 kg

Side bend dumbell 8 sets 8 reps 4.1 kg

Day 2 i did

Dumbell calf raise 3 sets 8 reps 8.2 kg

Goblet squat 3 sets 8 reps 8.2 kg

Dumbell lunge 3 sets 8 reps 8.2 kg

Romanian deadlift dumbell 3 sets 8 reps 8.2kg

Clamshell body 10 reps 3 sets.

Side lying lip adduction 3 sets 10 reps

Bodyweight calf raise 3 sets 10 reps

Body weight good morning 3 sets 10 reps

But today is day 3 and i have the worst body pain ever i am hurting so bad i cant even sit on the toilet or walk without pain.Yesterday while doing the exercise I didn't really feel that much pain so I'm surprised.

My whole body feels very heavy

So today morning i did treadmill for 45 mins 2.33 km covered 175 calorie burned avg speed 3.1km.Im also going to walk my dog for 45 mins at night.

I really wanted to go to the gym and exercise every single day and make it a habit . I was so motivated and very determined.What should I do next?Can I just continue my exercises and my body will adapt to it?

My plan for my exercise was

Day 1-upper

Day 2-legs and abs

Day 3-push

Day 4-legs and abs

Day 5-pull

Day 6-legs and abs

Day 7-upper
