Not seeing the results I was hoping for.

Now I’ll be honest I haven’t been consistently in a deficit all of these 6 months, only close to two months of a slight deficit of losing 0.5 pound a week. I spent a month or two cycling between bulking and cutting (big mistake). I’m down 8 pounds since I’ve been consistent but I’m still so flabby. My muscles burn after each work out, I exercise 2-3 hours a week I’ve been doing this since January. At least 3-4 weight sessions of dumbbells, kettle bell, or weighted abs. I don’t do much cardio, I enjoy walking but at a slower 17-18 mph pace. I’ll do 0.5 to 2.5 miles depends on the day. Including this cause I’ve heard to focus less on cardio.

I can tell the muscles are peaking through, I’m seeing slight definition, however, there’s still a lot of softness around my arms especially. Dropping my starting stats and my most recent stats below. I don’t restrict too much and enjoy the foods I like within my deficit, if I get 70-80 grams of protein a day I’m satisfied, that’s 40-50 grams of additional protein that I wasn’t getting before. Yes I was barely eating any prior my diet was 60% nuts. Should I give it more time? I’m just not seeing the amount of progress I had hoped at this point. I look slimmer but I’m still skinny fat.
