I don't know what to do anymore.

I started going gym and dieting since at the end of May. I am 165 lbs (75kg) and 5'6" (167 cm). My goal is to lose 22 lbs (10kg) and nothing more. Every day I eat clean, go to gym 4 times a week. I eat around 1600 calories. Sometimes I also take 10k steps but since I have some problems in my feet I don't do it very often.

But from day 1, I only lose 1 kg. Then I gain that weight in one week. So I became 75 and 74 on and on no matter what I do. I went to GP for blood test and all results came back normal. I am really frustrated right now. No matter what I do, I lose the first kg and then gain it so fast. For almost 2 months. I am really discouraged. I don't even want to lose weight as a fitness goal.I just want to live without being out of breath in every activity I do. Why is this happening all the time?
