Basically this, I was dieting and just started the gym again and this weekend (saturday sunday) we celebrated my mom's birthday. I ate A LOT like prob 10k calorie surplus between the two days (I managed to count the first day the second is most of a guess but I ate even more) That's probably like a Kilo of fat gain after water retention goes away. What can I do? I'm feeling a little distressed at the fact that it's gonna take me 2 whole weeks with a 400 calorie deficit, I was thinking of a fast today and eating less for the week.
Before the birthday I was normally eating 1300-1500 calories (I was sorta at maintenance)
