hi im trynna loose weight i already lost around 15kgs and now the weight loss is slow but its going. I’ve started to go twice a day in the morning i do cardio only— treadmill and crosstrainer 20-25 mins each and i burn around 700 calories minimum and then i do strength training/weightlifting in the evening. i feel like after adding this cardio session in the morning there’s not really a big change if any change in my weight loss journey. pls guide me if i should keep doing this or not or if im doing smth wrong (I’ve to loose around 10 kgs now)
