Frustrated with myself lately

These last two weeks have sucked and I've been emotionally eating, boredom eating, and just plainly over eating. My mother won't stop buying ice cream, chocolate, and other treats.

I have been sleeping way too little so I wake up very tired, feeling frustrated with my studies, feeling lonely, feeling overwhelmed by my mother, being incredibly bored at home and anxious about my life; and because I'm a fool more than a few days I've caved to soothing my discomfort and my exhaustion with high calorie food.

I know it won't fix any of my problems, but lately I've been ignoring that fact and doing it anyway. Sorry about the rant, just needed to get it out somewhere.

What do you guys do in order to avoid comfort eating? I'd deeply appreciate your advice, please.
