Eating out of control after a traumatic event

I lost 120 pounds naturally over the span of 2 years. No crazy diets. Just calorie deficit, increased exercise and consistency. I hit my GW and had been maintaining 6 months before I was in a car accident. I’m about 2 weeks out m, struggling mentally/physically and I’m nonstop snacking, just mindlessly eating. It suddenly feels like I have absolutely no self control. It’s also too painful for exercise right now. I will need some time to heal. I’m stressed,full of anxiety and turning to food. I haven’t stepped on a scale but I’m definitely up, clothes are tighter, very bloated. I know I can’t undo all my work in 2 weeks but I need to find a way to get on track bc this feels like a very slippery slope. I reached out to a therapist but it’ll be a couple weeks until anyone can see me. Any advice or anyone been through something similar?
