Male 22 years, 179 cm (5.87 feet) and 76.2 kg (167.55 pounds)
I have been the last two months having a diet for the first time in my life and also startd training again after 5 years (a lession and mental health stopped me in 2020) and I am trying to achieve abs, I have seen my muscles getting to their size of 2020 again, even bigger, and my belly fat is also less when i see myself on the mirror but I still I am not able to see my abs and I am not sure it it is a matter of patience or diet
I try to eat around 120-150 grams of protein per day and I am using AI to help me count calories for keeping the calorie deficit (It says my deficit is on averga around 500 to 700 calories). I do both weights and cardio on the gym
What I eat mostly is pasta with a salsa based on greek yogurt and tomato or broccoli with chicken and parmesan cheese.
Corn toast with cottage for breakfast
Also eat rice with bacon, chicken and corn all on airfryer (this is a typical dish from my country), and also eat beans and lintels. I do not take sugar drinks or anything like that only water, and protein shake, and I cut all candies.
Do you have any recomendation to get better or is this enough and I just need to keep training and being patient?
