Just a frustrated rant! Female, 33, starting 102kg on April 30th, current 88-89kg.
Goal 2300 (I’m breastfeeding a 5 month old) however I stay around 1800-2000.
CrossFit 4 times a week (not new, I’ve been going 6 years but slowed down in my pregnancies and postnatal- had 2 c sections- so I do still get DOMs)
Been bouncing between 88-89.4kg now since July 7th (I know it’s only 2.5 weeks) I’m so fed up looking at the scale because the loss has been so consistent until then.
I weigh everything, I do eat Kit Kats and dark chocolate but I fit everything into my calorie goal! I know it’ll end eventually and the scale will move but I’m fed up š
