Hi everyone, I need to get serious about my weight loss as every time I see a photo of myself - I get mega depresso. I have put on 15kg of unwanted weight over the last few years dealing with stress, grief and sibo.
Does anyone have any tips on losing 15kg - how long / what structure I should take? I’ve started Pilates as exercise and can see my core strength improving - but the weight has to move too…! I am a good walker but have lost some motivation, I loathe tracking food but know it’s helpful.
Any ideas or notification that you have, for those who have also followed a plan that worked would be awesome 🙌🏽
