When did you decide to take weight loss or healthy eating seriously?

Hi,

I’m looking for some inspiration and motivation, and I would love to hear from others about what really pushed you to decide to lose weight or eat healthier and to take it seriously.

I’ve been wanting to lose weight for a while, but it really hit me when I went shopping for clothes and couldn’t fit into my usual size. Also looking back at older photos of myself compared to now was a big wake up call as I've gained so much weight.

Right now, I just don’t feel confident in my body. I haven’t been making healthy choices, and there are a lot of reasons behind that.

I also want to feel good in the clothes that I wear and stop letting food control me.

So, what made you decide to lose weight or start eating healthy, and how’s your progress so far?
