Hello everyone! I’ve been trying to eat healthier and lose weight, but one of the hardest things for me is dealing with food cravings. Sometimes I really want sweets, chips, or other snacks, and it’s tough to say no.
I know cravings are normal, but they often lead me to eat more than I planned or choose unhealthy options. It makes me feel like I’m ruining my progress, and then I feel guilty.
I want to find better ways to manage cravings without feeling hungry or frustrated all the time. Maybe healthy snack ideas or tricks to distract myself?
Has anyone else had this problem? What helped you get through cravings without giving up on your goals?
Thanks for any tips or encouragement!
