I've hit a weight loss plateau in a calorie defecit since last 2 months
I (M, 32 yrs old, 185cm) have lost 14 kg in a calorie defecit in around 1 year months and it has been extremely difficult. I started at 91 and I'm now 77kg. I've been 77kg for around 5-6 weeks now and I haven't lost any weight, which is weird cause I would lose 0.5kg-1kg a week. My calories are 1800kcal in non-training days and 2200kcal in weight lifting days (3x a week with 10-15 mins cardio). Could it be that I'm actually eating too little? Is it recomposition? I measure everything and have a good ratios of protein-fat-carbs. I have an office job with getting 4-6k steps every day. Any ideas whats going on? Thanks
