Need help! (Possible TW?)

Despite only being 13 (female, weighing around 48 or 49kg), I've been very weight conscious recently. I'm not even sure if this could be considered starving myself, but I've been eating two meals a day and approx. 800-900 (or 950) calories a day. I guess I used to be somewhat active, working out a little every week but still getting a little active anyways, although randomly getting bursts of motivation that would make me sometimes work out every day. But now, I've just been...getting weak to do that. I want to start eating a bit more, but I'm kind of scared. If I start eating like 1100-1300 calories a day, will I gain fat? Will it just be water weight?? I feel very, very scared to gain **any** weight whatsoever, and I just want answers quick, preferably from a professional.
