I'm a 22 y/o female who weighs about 280-300lb i have been trying to loose weight and cants find the right motivation. Cutting my portion size down, drinking more water, adding excersize into play. I was doing good but then my job let me go and I stressed and then I got a new job but it didnt pay enough so I got stressed and brought down leading me to loose the routine and I am now trying to figure my way back on track but I do not know where to start I have a low metabolism so I think I should start with more water but I dont know how to cut my food portions I can just do half but I dont count calories last time I did so I got down to eating 1 nature valley granola bar a day for about a half a year I just want some ideas if anyone has some to share.
