Hi all, since it's Monday I said I'd share my example of water weight impacts to encourage others and not to worry when looking at the scales today
My weight last Monday was 182lb,
Friday past 180 (great I thought, down 2lb in 5 days)
I'm on 1500 calories a day normally , high protein , low carb etc
Friday night I'd my first drinks in a long while (mandatory work night out and I drank)
and Saturday I had a takeaway , high in salt and processed deep fried food
Weight Sunday morning 187lb
Absolutely heartbreaking to see such a jump of 7lb from Friday in 2 days
I drank 5.5 liter/1.45 gallon (I think) of water on Sunday
Monday morning back to 182
Don't get demotivated today , it's a journey and we need to "zoom out" and look at the weight loss over weeks and months
