Is 1,200 enough for a 17 year old girl?

I'm 16F, 5'3, 201->153 lbs in 11 months by counting calories loosely, and then I quit because I was losing weight without counting. My weight loss slowed, probably 0.5 lbs/week but still noticable. Now, I want to go back to counting calories so I can lose weight faster. New goal: 145 lbs, long term 140 lbs

Someone told me that I'm still growing so I shouldn't eat only 1,200 calories, but I've been 5'3 since 2nd grade y'all, this body is not getting taller. 1,200 is pretty manageable if I stop snacking as much as I do, otherwise it's 1,300-1,400

Just looking for general advice! I don't feel hungry eating this amount, like I'm not starving. I'm just always peckish lol

Also my waist is waisting. I didn't have a waist before. Like it was | . | before and now it's / . \

Anyway!
