Hey everyone so some information about me, I'm a 19 year old guy, my height is around 185/6 cm and I weigh 127 Kgs Currently.
So the reason for such a specific goal is that my college's 2nd year starts in 2 months and I wanna be around 110kg anyhow before my college starts, right now I'm eating around 1800-2000 simply cuz I've been super inconsistent and indisciplined with my diet but now I really wanna lose it and am tracking calories accurately.
Will 1300 cals per day lead me to achieve my goal by 20th or 25th Aug? I lift weights 6 days a week.
Need everyone's thoughts and views, any feedback or help is greatly appreciated
