Hey guys, I’m 24 year old male, 170 cm and currently 73 kg. I’ve started the weight loss journey at about 96-98 kg and worked my way down on the last 7 months. I’m eating at about 1800 cal and workout 3-4 times a week and trying to hit 10k steps a day. For the last 2 weeks my weight has plateaued at 73 kg even though I’ve had 2 refeed days at maintenance (2300 cal) during these two weeks. I need some advice on what to do and how, should I add 3 days refeed to break the cycle or should I just hang on? And how?
It’s worth noting that during this whole period I’ve been eating at this range of cal with one month break in between (maintaince)
