I’m coming off a fitness plan (lost 5kg 🥳) and I’m hoping to switch up my gym routine. I currently have 3 routines for upper, lower & glutes but I want to focus more on my core as my balance is noticeably bad
I found a couple of apps but the routines aren’t that great, they’re mostly body weight but I want to make use of the machines and dumbbells in the gym
I am comfortable enough to adapt a routine if I find a good one, and make some switches. But I don’t know enough about this to make a routine from scratch, I’m afraid I’ll be doing something that’s not efficient and I’ll be put off
Where do you go to find a new gym routine? Or are you making it up as you go along?
