Here we go again - Update 3

I actually have enjoyed using reddit as a personal check in maybe it's that it's anonymous so takes away the shame a little.

Anyway for the update

Last time I posted I was recovering from a broken ankle, I still am however I'm off the crutches, walking isn't amazing yet but I got up the stairs at work today with the Physio so next week I am back to work which I am super excited for.

Back to work, back to routine.

I took the leap and got the courage to step on the scales for the first time since the accident expecting to be more (I was 108.7 when the accident occured)

So I was super shocked when 107.9 showed at me so shocked I moved the scales multiple places and stood on it about 5 times it showed 107.8 - 107.9

Somehow I have managed to lose weight while all this was going on

I am an emotional eater so this has been HUGE for me I was so concious about my eatting and not wanting to binge I think I have done a good job 😅

So far since the beginning of the year I have lost 2.1kg

My first goal is 105 and I would like to try and get as close to the 100 mark January 2026.

I can't do any crazy amounts of excersies but I am doing to small stuff to help my ankle

Onwards and upwards I'll check in in a month and hopefully be closer to that 105 mark 😉
