Hi, I’m not even sure if this is the right place to post this. I am trying to get into the military. I’m a 5’3f and I currently weigh about 168lbs. I need to drop weight to 155 or reduce my BMI from 30 to 27.5. I’m trying to figure out a way to do this efficiently, healthily, and within 2 months or so. I kinda stopped working out because of school and work becoming too busy. But I did do a lot of weightlifting and some cardio (stairmaster and hikes) as well. Is losing all of that weight even possible in that amount of time? Or realistic? I tried checking ChatGPT and online says people can drop about 2% in a month on their BMI. Any tips, or help would be greatly appreciated.
