What's up centurions! Sorry for no post last week, I got fired and promptly lost my damn mind, which brings us this week's theme ✨stress✨

Stress effects all of us differently, but no matter what it can be hard to manage and can have a direct impact on our food/exercise/weight, ive always been a stress eater, so it was a surprise to me when the stress of being fired (amoung 400 other stressors) didn't make me overeat for once! Call that a win I guess, it did impact my workouts A LOT, swinging wildly between overexercising and putting all my stress into it, and then getting too stressed and quitting workouts after 10mins

I haven't found a cure for this issue yet, but as always, time helps, so what do you do when stress starts to impact your progress? Are you the "give yourself grace and take a week off" type or are you more in the "double down and work through that shit" type? Let's talk about it!
