So I used to be 90kg/200lbs (6'1/185) 2 years ago, and I lost that with diet and exersize to 75kg/165lbs last year.
Got to about 19%bf, but hit a massive wall last September where my body just started craving for food and it wasn't sustainable anymore. Decided to eat maintenance until 6 weeks ago when I wanted to get leaner again. 1st weigh in was 77kg/170lbs (so barely gained anything)
Now 6 weeks later ik back to 75kg, and the cravings and fatigue are back. I dieted for 10 months without any issue to get to 75kg before I got fatigue, and now it's not even 2 months and I'm already over it.
Any tips on scaling/breaking that wall?
