Calorie help, in safest way.

Im 25 Female, and 182lbs 5'8, im trying to be the healthiest and safe way. ive done some research, and im cutting down from 1,700/1,900 to 1,300/1,500 calories a day, im just trying to cut out snacks.

its not that im overweight, but ive never focused on my actual health, i plan to start working out, and eating a clean diet that works for me. I may have lipodemia and am naturally curvier so is this a good amount to aim for? i know 1,200 is the min so im not aiming for anything dangerous but i do want to see progress and try turn my life around. Im not the best at nutrients and im a pretty fussy eater, but i have what i like and stick to it. any recommendations for clean eating is great without, eggs, nuts, fish and rice. when people say get protein - can you give some examples.
