Hi! So due to work I sometimes have to eat out with colleagues/potential clients where bringing my own food would be weird and kinda “innapropriate” and also not eating is not an option.
Today we have a meeting where they will have pizza, i only plan to have one slice (hopefully I’ll be able to controll myself).
My issue is, after I eat out next day I feel horrible unless like 20h pass I’m still bloated. Does anyone have tips on how to not feel bloated? Is it about slice numbers or do I have to add certain foods with it? Or do I have to walk it off after?
