I started trying to lose weight end of January (SW: 295, CW: 258). I’ve lost 37 lbs so far which is the most I’ve ever lost in my life but I still have a long way to go. My goal is 175 lb.
I’ve been tracking on fitness pal and eating in a calorie deficit and trying to get 10k+ steps per day. I pulled a muscle in my groin/hip about 3 weeks ago and have been unable to walk much since due to the pain, and because of that the weight wasn’t coming off as quick. Then I started to have more bad days then good days in my calorie counting and am starting to overall lose motivation and that scares me. I’m afraid to even weigh myself because I’m scared of how much I’ve gained.
Anyone have any advice?? Or if you have found yourself in a similar situation, what helped you get back on track? Any motivating words or encouragement would help :/
