I'm home and so appreciative of y’all and my own bed. Let’s talk goals.
Weigh in Libra: No scale access this morning.
Log calories in MFP: On it.
Prelog a plan for tomorrow in MFP: On it.
Find a way to enjoy moving my body everyday: On it. 18/25 days.
I'm grateful for: Making it home safely.
Be outside / meditate (sensory grounding) for 5 minutes: On it.
Self-care activity for today: I had an everything shower and I forgot how good home water pressure is compared to hotels.
Emotional check in: Relieved to be home. Immensely peopled out.
