For context- I've been big my entire life. I managed to shed a bit when i was 14 but then was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and insulin resistance. I barely eat and my weight has just increased so fast and unintentionally. i see the stretch marks get worse and i just feel that even if i do shed the weight, they'll still be bad, still be noticeable. I'll never have the body that some skinny people have. I'm also worried i'd have to manage it for the rest of my life. I feel sick to my stomach seeing myself spiral. How did you guys finally push yourselves to lose the weight and not worry about marks? do they get worse or appear more when you do lose the weight?
