Will the scales catch up?

Hi! I have been in a calorie deficit for 3 weeks now (aiming to eat 1735kcal a day) and I have been exercising (walking, including incline hill walking, and weight lifting).

My calculated BMR is 1574kcal. 2164kcal needed for exercise 1-3 times a week which is where I fall. I have been tracking all my calories including weighing food to ensure I am accurate. I drink plenty of water and sleep well.

I feel stronger and better in myself already but I haven’t seen any difference on the scale which is disappointing. How long should I expect to see a weight loss?
