weight stuck

so I started in Jan this year and have lost around 7kgs since. my plan is basically just eating at a calorie deficit and eating healthy foods. it's been much easier to lose that weight than I thought bc now that I'm focusing on eating more fruits and vegetables I'm always full despite eating at a deficit.

decided to start exercising last month thou and I have a history of quitting bc it's too hard so I decided I'd do little but I'd do it daily. so I've been doing home workouts for only 20 minutes a day, if I feel great then 30. it doesn't seem like a lot so while I have increased my food intake it isn't by much either (like 100-200 cals more). but since I started I've been stuck at the same weight. it's been 5 weeks now and the scale won't budge from 58kgs. I don't wanna cut out more calories tbh bc I'm trying to eat when I'm hungry till I'm satisfied and I genuinely do need more food now even w little exercise. I don't wanna punish myself for not losing weight. btw I was prev eating at what was already the lowest cal intake for my body size (I'm pretty tiny so it was 1200 cals. now im at 1300-1500).

anyway is this really just bc of exercise? that too such little? is there anything I can that'll help move past this plateau?
