I am struggling to work out if my weekly activity is classed as moderate or heavy
Thur-mon (5 days per week) 1 mile walk to work 7.5 hours standing/walking around/constant moving 1 mile walk home incline Average steps: 12k per day (sometimes 10, sometimes 17)
My Garmin says i burn around 2800 calories per day, sometimes its over 3000, on my days off its around 2200
Age: 26 Weight: 90kg MODERATE TDEE: 2500 Heavy excersie: 2800
Heavy fits more with my garmin, but moderate seems more accurate if i try and base it on steps
I dont currently do any excersise other than work as i am exhausted when i come home but i have been eating around 1700-1800 calories per day, and based on my weightloss and deficit of calories eaten vs what garmin has, its pretty dead on
