new to a healthy diet, any tips?

hello! i started a diet 6 weeks ago and have lost 10 ish pounds. i used to just eat fast food for almost every meal, every day. my starting weight was 179~ and im not at 169.8! ive never tried going to the gym since the diet because i haven’t really been motivated for it. since i’ve seen a change in myself since the diet, it’s easier to keep the diet. any tips on how to get motivated for the gym? i have a physically demanding job (for the most part) as a dog groomer so im pretty pooped out by the end of the day. also anything you guys eat that’s got decent protein and doesn’t taste too bad? these protein shakes/smoothies are bland :(
