Might be the oddest reason I’ve had to start losing weight again. Lost about 60 lbs 3 years ago..gained it all back and then some. Always intended on getting back on track but never did, until I moved across a few states for work reasons. I swear - EVERYONE in Colorado is skinny(well not everyone, obviously). I see people go to the stores in athletic wear, everybody seems so healthy, but to no surprise. Colorado is definitely a beautiful state for hiking and traveling, no reason to not get some exercise and go outside. Wanting to lose weight due to how everybody else looks isn’t necessarily anything new or unheard of, but there’s something about being in Colorado that jumpstarted my weight loss again. Down almost 30 lbs after starting again and I’m intending to keep it off. I have no excuse. I feel like an odd one out in this state, I have my other reasons for losing weight, but moving here really felt like a new motivation and a fresh start.
