So I started my weight loss journey back in May of 2024 I was 360 and I have dropped down to 256. I honestly started by walking at least 10K steps a day, do these workout videos by this YouTuber named Misael and only eating between 12 PM to 8 PM. Which worked from May to November I went from 360 to about 290. Then in December, I started working as a Mail carrier. So I went from walking 10k steps a day to between 30k to 40K steps a day. Water intake definitely went up as well too and now fast forward to March is when I hit 256. From here I’ve been kind of stuck and I keep fluctuating between 256 up to back to 260. My eating habits also changed because I’m not hungry at all when I’m working I even tried making my self have a snack during the day after 12pm and it just makes me feel nauseous. So typically I don’t eat until I get home around 6pm or 7pm and then I don’t eat anything after 8 o’clock still. I drink about 105 to 150 oz of water a day (depends on how much I walk) and sometimes when I get home I’ll drink something with electrolytes in it if I walked more then normal. Whether it be a Powerade or one of the body armor flash drinks.
What are some things I should change or try? My goal weight is 200 (I’m 5’10 F) and in high school I was very comfortable with this weight because of my height. so I’m almost there but I really feel like I hit a brick wall.
