I figured if you want to lose 10% of fat you would need to lose at the very least 10% in kilos. To account for muscle loss, fluid etc it would have to more, so at least that.
However my starting weight was 99 kg and I have now lost 20 kilos but only 10 percent of fat.* 20 percent of weight lost but only 10 percent fat, that’s is a big discrepancy. (Bonus question, how does that work lol)
I’d like a bit of an estimate of how much weight to lose so I can hit around 25 % body fat.
Is it even possible to calculate or estimate this?
Current stats: 78 kg, 1.74 m, 36 % body fat.
*This is according to the scale I use at the gym that measures that also measures muscle mass and fat mass. I know they are not 100 procent correct.
