So for some context, I weighted myself today and I (28/M/5’9) and I was 190lbs, about a month ago I was 179lbs. I have been binge eating quite a bit due to a very stressful month involving several different factors including a death in the family. The only thing is I know I’ve been binge eating and my gym + 10k daily steps goal have been inconsistent, but I don’t know if I’ve been inconsistent enough to where I’ve put on 10lbs in a month, maybe 5lbs max.
Is it true that stress, bad sleeping, not drinking enough water and other similar factors make you’re weight fluctuate? I’m just worried I’ve lost 2+ months worth of progress, especially this close to the summer when I’m supposed to be going away in early July. Sorry for rambling and thank you in advance.
