Im wondering whats the highest calorie defecit for me thats not unhealthy
Im a 20(M) who weight 94 kg (207 pounds) and is 176cm tall (5 foot 9).I go to the gym 5 times a week for workouts that are about 1 hour long.I also walk everyaday which ranges from 10-20 thousand steps. My work is an 8-4 office job whic has me sitting at a desk most of the day.I am wondering how many calores should I be eating to achieve the biggest defecit thats still healthy.
I have lost quite a bit of weight before but it was in no way healthy because I pretty much starved myself I do not wish to do it this time because of my hair that got damaged in that period.Im also trying to be a bit healthier all together.
