I rarely feel hungry and Im on a supposedly high deficit

So I’m 184cm and weight 107kg (110kg when I started some weeks ago), I lift weights 4-5 times a week and walk around 4-6k steps daily.

All the online calculators I used put my TDEE at around 3200+, so Im eating 2100kcal a day, mostly trying to hit 180g of protein, 3 meals a day, a small fruit or coffee between lunch and dinner. Im counting everything to the last gram, weight food uncooked, use MFP, I walk around with several food scales at home yet I rarely feel hunger, the only time it happens is if I eat some light food like pastry or way below my daily goal (e.g at 1500kcal).

Is it normal to not feel hunger? am I eating too much? I initially started at 2200 but reduced it when i lost some weight. I went into the mindset that 1000kcal deficit is too extreme and unsustainable and the truth is that sometimes i miss junk food or pastry but seems fine hunger wise. Is my TDEE too high?
