I’ve been going over my calorie limit more and more lately and binging pretty badly due to a lot of stress in my life. Even normally when I’m able to follow my diet I find I still have some days I eat over my TDEE. Usually on weekends or when I have nothing to do I’m more prone to overeating, but sometimes I hear my friends talk about how they forgot to eat and skip meals and stuff like that. It seems like everyone around me just doesn’t over eat? Or they are just able to easily maintain their weight. I’m wondering if anyone else goes over their calorie limit (whether intentionally or unintentionally). It’s like logically I know I’m not hungry and my goal is to lose weight but there’s another part of me that is just like “who cares it’ll be fine just eat less tomorrow” and that never works.
Anyways, is going over your calorie limit common? Or is there something I need to fix in my diet to stop over eating?
